Positions overview:
For our International client European Sales office, we are looking for a young and motivated M/F Sales support whom will support the sales team and all administrative tasks required in this position.
Your responsibilities:
Assist managing key accounts and distributors across the regions served
Independently manage small and medium sized service providers
Present quotations to customer utilizing proper communication skills
Completion of order entry
Overview of good processing of orders
Responsible for all logistics related services of orders to all European countries
Assist in completion of all necessary reports, customer files, and paperwork in a timely manner
Invoice orders accordingly and in an accurate manner
Customer support utilizing proper communication skills
Job requirements
Experience and requirements:
Completed education in the field of commerce or economics administration
Good IT knowledge (MS-Office)
Autonomy & Team Player
Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus!), Dutch and English language skills
High commitment and ability to take initiatives
Experience in sales would be an asset
Able to structure things / make things clear to others / conceptual skills
Prepared to personally develop
