We are looking for an experienced international recruiter who will be looking for technical staff abroad.
Main responsibilities include:
Researching which countries would provide the best recruitment opportunities for (future) engineers
Online recruitment activities for the selected countries, Taking part in international job fairs, school fairs, and other events of your choice,
Visiting designated areas and selecting and interviewing candidates locally,
Providing guidance and advice concerning relocation and working & living in The Netherlands,
any other duties may be assigned.
Please note that the position is based in Eindhoven, we are looking for someone who lives in the area.
Job requirements
We are looking for someone with a relevant Master or Bachelor degree, and at least 3 years experience in international recruitment. Fluency in English is required, Dutch would be a big plus but is not necessary for your daily work. Any other European language would be advantageous.
