Job description
- provide commercial, technical and application assistance to customers
- answer questions about products and services
- answer sales enquiries
- size and select products appropriate to customer needs and prepare price and delivery within approved guidelines
- provide after-sales service
Requirements
- min. BSc degree, preferably Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Automation or other Engineering subjects
- native French speaker
- experience in an inside sales or customer service role
- excellent communication skills
- strong customer focus
- living in The Netherlands
