Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for the BOA are:
• To ensure that all discounts are set up in the system and are up to date
• To ensure that the Sales Responsible provide the correct discounts
• To ensure that all discounts agreements with the customers are filed
• To ensure, on a monthly basis, that credit notes and returns are taken care of
• To ensure follow up with Head Quarters in Denmark
• To create manual invoices upon customers request
• To ensure, on a weekly basis, that order confirmations are send
• To join project groups to align processes and procedures in the region
