As HR Generalist Officer, you will be responsible for HR administration and support, recruitment, training and will have an advisory role. You will work with closely together with the Operations Manager and together are responsible for the Human Resources process of the European office but also internationally located offices.

Your tasks include:

- Salary administration
- Supporting employees
- General HR administration

Skills and qualifications:
Our ideal candidate is a self starter full of energy and ideas, preferably with a Human Ressources degree and background, who is able to multitask and who has strong organization and problem solving skills combined with the following skills and qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills. Required communications skills are comprised of
written, verbal and presentation capabilities in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to work with various software programs.
- Possession of up to date knowledge Labour Law and Regulations.
- Ability to work individually and to handle self-driven projects efficiently.
- Time management, fixing priorities, attentiveness and accuracy in performance
