Job description
- Manages a team of 6 inside sales persons with each having their own spefic region/country and dedicated range of products/solutions varying from 1K‚up to 100K solutions, within Networing industry/applications.
- Drives the 6 individuals to achieve their personal/team weekly/monthly targets/goals
- Understands and oversees the Marketing lead generation processes, qualification of these leads, follow-up by sales and how these process can be improved, made more efficient and simplified.
- Weekly reporting of KPIs, of his/her team and the actions/countermeasures to be taken.
- Manages the Inside Sales Team in such a way that there is a clear workflow, and structure, so the and over between Marketing Inside Sales Sales is optimum.
- Implements Value Selling and other DBS growth tools
- Enters with his team in new large accounts for Systems
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in sales, marketing or technical field, and three years experience with managing an Inside Sales team in a business to business (B2B) for technical products in the IT industry.
- Technical education in IT, and/or Networking
- Consitent achievement of sales quotes
- At least 5 years experience in an International Inside Sales Management position in B2B
- Required language skills: German, English and preferably knowledge of French.
- Active Listener
- Very good coordinator between Marketing / Sales / Operations
- Able to work with different management levels as well as internal as external
