About the job
• To ensure that all discounts are set up in the system and are up to date
• To ensure that the Sales Responsible provide the correct discounts
• To ensure that all discounts agreements with the customers are filed
• To ensure, on a weekly basis, that order confirmations are send
• To join project groups to align processes and procedures in the region
• To ensure Customer Service are up to date on all relevant information relating to customers
• To maintain daily contact with Logistics, Sales Responsible, Team Leader, Finance and Customer Service functions
Job requirements
Strong communicator
Team player
Able to work under pressure
Fluent written and spoken Spanish, Italian or French languages (and English)
MBO or equivalent high school education
2 years experience in a similar role
