Our client is an international organisation active in telecommunication worldwide. As an optimization coordinator you will produce and analyze data + information to make it possible for the Orderdesk employees to manage pro-actively the Orderdesk responsibilities / business and to achieve and maintain agreed results.
This function will help in getting the Orderdesk performance and efficiency goals on a sustainable high level.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop (in close contact with Order desk Mgr and TL’s) new reports for the Order desk that add value in the daily Order desk Operation with focus on the Delivery and Reverse chain.
- Create regular day-2-day reports used for the daily Order desk Operation.
- Keep the Orderdesk Discrepancy log updated based on input delivered by OD employees. Reflect the results in an overall OD throughput Discrepancy report.
- Create spare part Backlog Control reports and act in line with agreed processes.
Job requirements
For this position we are looking for a candidate that meets the following requirements:
- at least an HBO or BA degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics)
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Use of IS/IT:
* Has in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and other specific GSC applications (M4, GRA, ExpoDocs etc).
* Has specifically in-depth knowledge on MS Excel and preferably MS-Access.
- GSC KPI/PI’s: Has good to high level of knowledge on the GSC and Orderdesk KPI/PI’s and does understand them.
- Strong communicator with a pro-active, analytical and performance oriented attitude.
