Job description
The Customer Service Representative – Tender Specialist works in the Customer Service Team in our Amersfoort office and reports to the Team Leader Customer Service. He or she is primarily responsible for handling all customer tenders in Italy.
OUR CLIENT WILL ONLY CANDIDATES LIVING IN THE NETHERLANDS AND WHO DO NOT NEED TO RELOCATE

Requirements
Team member profile:
- Degree Level Education
- Native Speaker in Italian
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Able to process accurate and detailed paperwork
- Be able to work with deadlines
- Strong Affinity with Medical Industry
- At least 3 years of relevant order management experience in a similar position
- Work experience in an international environment is preferred
- Needs good knowledge of MS office and Windows based computer applications
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Commercial flair
- Strong communication skills
Competences
- Flexible, team player
- Ability to plan and organize well
- Taking initiatives for improvements
- Wants to get things done
- Maintains a high professional standard
- Shows commitment to the organization
