About the job
We are looking for an experienced contract specialist, who is charged with the review, negotiation and management of routine and non-routine commercial contracts that the Company enters into, the ordinary course of business. This individual will help: (i) review and negotiate day-to-day Company agreements; (ii) maintain a tracking system for contracts and regularly communicate status of contracts to the Sr. Attorney Commercial Contracts; (iii) assist in the continuing development and revision of standard form agreements and implementation of processes and procedures for review and approval of day-to-day commercial agreements; and (iv) train internal clients on contract forms and procedures.
Job requirements
The right candidate has a bachelor or master degree in legal field, and exceptional legal written and verbal skills in English and preferably French, though one of the following languages are accepted too: German, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian.
You need to have 2-5 years experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating sales/commercial contracts in a high-tech or bio-pharma company.
