Job description
* Co-ordinate the customer order fulfilment process by identifying, recording and maintaining all appropriate customer, product and delivery information, implementing pricing policies, following-up orders throughout delivery and invoicing phases including the required trouble-shooting and problem solving.
* Function as the primary customer service contact for a defined product range and for a dedicated European regional customer base by responding to incoming communication in a timely manner, by readily providing product and/or sales order information to customers, using professional and multilingual communication skills.
* Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships by proactively managing customer expectations - in alignment with the appropriate business strategy - document and/or provide the appropriate information to customers.
* Provide support to internal functions – if appropriate:
- Handling incoming customer complaints;
- Administering product sample requests;
- Identifying sales leads, collecting and forwarding knowledge regarding customer strategies or trends to relevant Business Unit(s);
- Supporting sales forecast process;
- Assisting in credit & collection efforts.
* Remain knowledgeable of ’s products, facilities and organizational structures through identifying and participating in training and offered development opportunities, and adhere to Policies and Procedures, Quality Management requirements, Environment, Health & Safety guidelines.
* Support or manage specific projects identified as outside the immediate scope of the EU Customer Service Representative role, as appropriate and when agreed upon.
