Job description
The Customer Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day running of a selected group of
customers to ensure accurate and timely supply. Single point of contact for the customer, working in tandem with the sales team in maximizing business opportunities. This
involves: develop visibility on customer demand, order entry processing from receipt to cash
collection, providing a full customer operations support, handling queries, dealing with complaints and
resolving them in a pro-active and timely manner.
Job requirements Customer Operations & Logistics Specialist - FRENCH
*Supply Chain professional with a bachelor/masters degree or qualified by experience.
*A minimum of 2 years experience in a Supply Chain B2B environment.
*Strong business understanding.
*Logistical experience (Incoterms, import/export) is an advantage.
*Experience in Inventory Management is an advantage.
*Accounts Receivables experience is an advantage.
*SAP knowledge is an advantage.
*Languages: French with Fluent English
*Self starter, dynamic and proactive.
*Ability to build and maintain relations with internal and external customers.
*Good communication skills.
*Good planning & organizational skills to be able to implement Supply Chain Projects.
*Process-oriented.
*Someone that can take initiative, (calculated) risk and seek innovative solutions.
*Capacity to analyze and solve problems.
*Able to sort priorities, work under pressure and able to adhere to tight deadlines.
*A can-do mentality.
