Job description Marketing Manager Benelux
Key responsibilities Include:
* Contribute to the business planning process and the final development of the Benelux Annual Business Plan.
* Analyse the market place to identify key areas of opportunity to drive growth.
* Lead the development of strong brand positioning in the Benelux
* Exploit the brand positioning by leading the development of the marketing strategy for the Benelux.
* Develop strategy and build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, key customers, suppliers and government agencies. Active relationship building at the local and regional level in order to create positive impact on business goals.
* Responsible for the production and management of business metrics: KPI’s Sales, EBIT, market Share, demand forecast accruals, Financial projection accuracy, expense control
* Lead the preparation and creation of the Benelux Demand Plan
* Foster strong working relationships with Local and Regional Marketing Teams
* Create opportunities to network with peers across the European Region.
Job requirements Marketing Manager Benelux
Requirements
* Educated to Bachelors Degree Level, with graduate or post graduate qualification in Marketing
* Native Dutch speaker with business fluency in English.
* Minimum 7 years directly related work experience, preferably in corporate sales or international marketing departments in Europe. Healthcare/pharmaceutical experience is essential.
* Strong financial acumen, experience of building and managing budgets
* Direct experience or exposure to sales and marketing in a health related environment.
* Successful track record in coordinating and managing projects.
* Experience in working with external agencies and suppliers.
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight timelines.
* Must be able to communicate effectively and collaborate across functions.
