- they have their offices in more than 16 European countries
- they operate in more than 20 languages

Daily duties:
As a Junior Technical Support you will be:
- dealing with customers on day-to-day basis
- handling customer’s queries
- be well-mannered, friendly and always polite!
Requirements:
- Fluent English and German
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong IT, troubleshooting and networking skills:
