You will be Junior Technical Support and will deal with customers on day-to-day basis. You will be expected to handle customer’s queries and be able to deal with them in a friendly and open-minded manner.
Requirements:
- Native level German + English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving, use of own initiative
- Strong IT, troubleshooting and networking skills:
