Our client is looking for customer support agents who are fluent in German and English to join their multilingual customer support team.
As a trilingual German and English customer support agent you would be working for a worldwide leader in innovative storage and network security solutions for small businesses, home offices, consumers and others.

Our client is looking for:
Fluency in German and English in both written and verbal form.
Confident computer user with a good standard of technical and networking knowledge.
Previous customer service and support experience in a customer service environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to problem solve and multi task effectively and efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing customers with quality support and customer service regarding different storage and networking products.
Dealing with and solving any customer queries issues via phone, email and chat in German and English.
Representing our client in a professional and polite manner.
