The Customer Service Representative is an individual contributor position which serves as a front line contact for customer order initiation, inquiries, resolution and prevention of complaints, and acts as coordinator for the various functions involved in the order to cash process.
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for the order fulfillment process. The daily interaction with customers answering questions and giving updates as changes occur. They work closely with account managers to keep them abreast of customer issues and orders. They monitor product shipments and ensure on time delivery. They maintain long term customer relationships.
Job requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
• Degree from accredited university, college or business school or equivalent work experience
• Work experience in manufacturing industry desired
• SAP or other ERP system experience desired
• Effectively communicate to customers in at least French and English
Technical Competencies:
• Windows
• Lotus Notes
• SAP
• AIMS
