Position: German Speaking Commercial Client Care (32 – 36 Hours PW)
Salary: €10.38 Gross Per Hour
Location: Venlo, Netherlands
Start Date: ASAP

One of their most valued clients is looking for Native / Near Native German speakers who are creative, entrepreneurially minded people to join their commercial client care team. You will be working for a worldwide presence, renowned financial institution and given the chance to be a part of the financial market.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
-Handle queries from commercial clients received via email/phone/fax, independently and responsibly
-Manage relationship with the Client to ensure positive perception of the bank is not diminished
-Liaise with other teams within the (complex) organisation of the bank to be able to provide most complete and speedy response to queries
-Understand financial nature of queries and respond on an adequate level of professionalism
-Prioritise issues and maintain quality of service offered despite of the high level of pressure
-General administration and other duties as assigned.
THE RIGHT APPLICANT
-All applicants must already be based in the Netherlands
-Native / Near Native German and English.
-Excellent communication skills
-Friendly and professional personality
-A real team player
-Previous customer service experience
-Competent computer user.
-Availability to stay long term (1 year minimum)
