They have a new project in their European support centre in Netherlands the now have an excellent opportunity for a Vertical Market Support representative based in Netherlands.
Role: In the role of Customer Support Representative you must possess a technical knowledge of all products and services of the company. You will be responsible for a raft of issues such as assisting with all projects which are assigned along with developing close relationships with key corporate accounts, and end user database. In addition you will be required to assist with all issues relating to the team leader and ensure that the database is accurate in relation to the updates as required in CRM. Finally you will be in charge of retrieving relevant information to assist with customer queries.
Skills: To be considered for this position the incumbent must be a native level German speaker and be detailed oriented, possess the ability to handle many simultaneous tasks, work efficiently with little supervision, have advanced computer skills. In addition it is required that any potential applicants must be willing to learn new processes and programs, and be willing to constantly change priorities. The position also requires strong customer relations skills, excellent communications skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. In addition you must possess a full understanding of CRM and Outlook to be considered for this role.
