The job

The primary purpose of this role is to act as an intermediary between customer, sales and other internal departments. In this role the focus is on the order flow process. The goal is to get the orders through the supply chain in the most efficient way against agreed customer service level.

Main Tasks
* Provide support to the local market. Ensure and monitor that the market achieves its set KPI's: clean order book, fast claim turn-around, working with company guidelines/processes.
* Develop a clear set of KPI's to monitor the order to delivery chain.

* Act as an intermediary between customer, sales and internal departments. Provide all information from internal departments, such as planning, design, logistics, and commercial to the local markets.
* Manage central processes such as samples arrangements, price lists management etc.
* Train local super user on system developments.
* Manage order book after sales campaigns finish, make agreed changes.
* Ensure that release rules work for the market.
* Make any necessary manual amendments.
* Gather feedback from the market on processes & systems and communicate them centrally for development and improvement of processes.
* Run tools only allowed to be used centrally such as mass order updates, overriding of dates.


Requirements
* Languages: Fluent English
* Education: Bachelor level
* Experience: Minimal 3 years in a logistical or supply chain environment. Customer services experience is a pre but not a requirement.
* Communicating Effectively, makes effective and persuasive presentations, both oral and written; considers issues of style, content, audience, impact, and timing when shaping communication
* Act decisively; is able to face problems and take action after fully and rapidly weighing the benefits and drawbacks. Moves ahead as soon as decisions are made and takes follow-up action to support decisions.
* Demonstrating Adaptability, maintains a positive and productive attitude in times of ambiguity and uncertainty; adapts quickly to new responsibilities, requirements and tasks.
* Meeting & exceeding customer expectations; consistently uses multiple sources of information to identify customer requirements. Anticipates customers' future requirements.
* Accurate and precise way of working, ability to work under pressure, show initiative and flexibility, has an eager to learn mentality.
* Able to work independently as well as a team-player.
* Knowledge of order entry systems (ACS/AS-400), Outlook, Excel, Word, Microstrategy (Datawarehousing).
* Show guidance to new or less experienced team members and train new team members
