Job description
You work with field sales, service engineers and product support stuff to promote, sell and support products (flow meters) with a strong focus on customer communication, application assistance and troubleshooting. As part of a customer contact team you provide customer support, including commercial order-related support and the highest level of technical support in the team.
Main responsibilities:
- answer questions about products and services
- answer sales enquiries for flow-metering products
- size and select products appropriate to customer needs and prepare price and delivery within approved guidelines
- provide after sales service
Requirements
- BSc degree, preferably electrical engineering, chemical engineering or industrial automation
- Native level Italian speaker
- Work experience in an insider sales role
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to manager a team
- living in The Netherlands
