Work as part of the customer service team for one of the leading banks! Excellent roles available, different languages needed!
Location: Venlo, Netherlands
Monthly Salary: 1620 Euro gross per month (1325 Euro net per month) + Travel allowance
Working hours: 36 h per week (Monday - Friday: 08.00-19.00)
Start date ASAP
Travel cost reimbursement up to maximum of 300 a month depending on the distance.
Combination of two of the following on a near native level + English needed:
Spanish
Portuguese
Italian
German
French
We are looking for candidates with:
Good communication skills
A clear and friendly voice
Client and service-oriented
Team player
Basic Skills needed:
Ability to use the phone system
Keyboarding skills
Availability to stay long term (1 year minimum)
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Punctuality, discipline, manners, politeness, appearance
This is role suited for someone who is looking to relocate to Venlo or surrounding area (Dusseldorf or Eindhoven are within short commuter distance away) and are looking for the long term position. You will be dealing with highest levels of corporate support for banks clients.
