CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CZECH/SLOVAKIAN NATIVE)
Our client has a rich cultural environment with over 40 nationalities and more than 600 employees. They are here to insure that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level.
Mission
As a Customer Service Representative you are the most important interface between the customer and the company. You insure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately.
Main responsibilities
• Roadside assistance.
• Get the customers mobile as quickly as possible.
• Complaints and inquiries.
• Support related to technical and product topics.
• After-sales service.
• Handling of customer contacts.
Requirements
• Higher vocational education.
• Bilingual Czech/Slovakian
• Good knowledge of English.
• High knowledge in German or Hungarian.
• Good written and verbal skills & advanced negotiation skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of European geography.
