Job description
Responsibilities:
Management of the order process from A to Z:
- Putting the orders in a ERP system
- Creating invoices and coordinate payment with the financial department
- Working closely with the suppliers
- Organise the logistics
Customer Service
- Handle complaints
- Timely problems solving
Internal and external relationship management
- Building up an internal network in order to optimize the communication and service towards the customers
- As s spied in the web you help to find solutions, gather information for the clients and to support colleagues
- Building long term client relationships
Support the sales team:
- Up selling of goods to existing customers
- Support during the sales cycle
Quality and process improvement
- Constantly improving the system and procedures together with the management
Requirements
MBO/undergraduate degree
5 years of relevant work experience
Affinity with logistics
To be able to work independently as well as in a hectic environment
Self starter with excellent communication skills in French/German and English
Dutch and any other European language is a plus
Salary indication
Depending on the work experience
