Account Manager Responsibilities:

* Manage a team in ensuring they deliver fast, efficient and knowledgeable service to priority line customers
* Provide excellent service to regular customers
* Mentoring team members for progression so they can form a relevant plan of career development within the company
* Build and maintain a database of important customers ensuring all relevant information is kept up to date
* Monitor best Customers betting habits
* Provide back up for Key Account manager
* Represent the company at sporting events (Under the guidance of the key account manager) to ensure the appropriate entertainment of key customers
* Selection and recruitment of new team members
* Ensure all ad hoc tasks are delivered by the team are dealt with in a timely manner
* Dealing with disciplinary and performance issues in line with company procedures

Account Manager Profile:

* Minimum 3 years experience in the gaming industry within the trading, call centre or retail capacities
* Excel skills to a minimum intermediate level
* Leadership experience with the ability to motivate staff members and maintain high standards
* Strong people management skills
* Impeccable character, highest levels of integrity and ability to be confident in all social arenas
* Previous experience in hiring and training new staff
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong relationship skills and excellent work ethic
* Working knowledge of Duty of Care, and clear understanding of Responsible gaming
