Retail Marketing Europe
Your roles & responsibilities:
You are responsible for managing the implementation of the Retail Marketing Strategy & Plan at a European level, by facilitating internal/external communication, creating support programs across retail, brand and countries in order to deliver the sales, footfall and brand equity goals:
• Manage projects from brief sign-off, country demand/forecast, production to implementation in-store, ensuring increased sell out performance and brand equity consistency
• Continually refine consistent and efficient methods with agencies, retailers to deliver World Class retail format and provide key learnings from best practices to the business
• Review and measure result of project implementation in a consistent and timely manner to ensure maximum performance
• Coordinate and direct requests from countries and support the organization of marketing meetings and presentations
• Ensure the respect of delivery deadlines and provide solutions when needed
• Take ownership of ad hoc retail marketing projects as well as for the ordering, coordination, dispatch of A&P
• Ensure continuous communication and alignment with Brand, Global retail operations & purchasing and global Wholesale
Your ideal profile:
• Bachelor degree and a successful track-record of 3-5 years in a similar role with focus on marketing experience either in a global or local organization
• Good understanding of retail techniques and in-store requirements
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a well structured, organized, priority focused and so-lution driven way
• Experience in working cross-functionally with the capability to build strong & collaborative relationships
• Fast learning capabilities with the drive to execute against plans and make decisions
• Sound verbal and written communication skills in English; other European language is desired
• TLO – SAP user experience
