Job description:
Answer customers’ enquiries over the phone
Advise German speaking users of leading technology products over the phone
Build and maintain a strong relationship with customer
Working in a multinational and dynamic team
Your profile:
Native French / Fluent English
Excellent communication skills
Experience in customer service including commitment to providing a first class service
Ability to learn and retain information quickly
Ability to multi task
General PC and keyboard skills
Multimedia knowledge
Professional attitude and great attention to detail
Ability to approach problems logically
High ability to empathize with customer and prioritize customer’s needs
