Supports the department in the execution and achievement of HR outputs and objectives.
Candidate's Duties
- Support the development and maintenance of a HR intranet system (for first line support) for management and staff by monitoring legislative, internal and external policy and procedural changes and keeping HR policies, processes and resources up-to-date accordingly
- Act as an information point for all HR related questions and queries from managers and action or direct these as necessary
- Analyse, prepare and actively provide information and relevant updates to managers and employees on HR related topics
- Research and prepare reports for (senior) management level using data, statistics and information related to the department
- Execute administrative functions and actions on behalf of the Managers HR (such as employment agreements, letters, illness administration, contractor administration, etc) and assist in daily HR operations
- Responsible for the coordination of information relating to set deadlines and for creating and implementing a 'forward plan' accordingly
- Execute data entry in HRIS for basic HR administration (sick leave, holidays, etc)
- Participate in and support HR (and related) projects
- May also provide support to other HR colleagues and related disciplines such as recruitment, learning and organizational development, compensation and benefits, and training and education.
Requirements
- Education within the field of Human Resources a
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a similar HR support function in the Netherlands, preferably within a demanding and international environment
- Knowledge of HRM software, preferable PeopleSoft and/or ADP
- General experience with payroll administration is desirable
- Connected: understands and is connected with the business
- Accountable: shares in management responsibility for the realisation of the agreed HR deliverables
- Project working and organisation skills and experience
- Rigor: first time right
- Added value: in relevant and tangible results and by exceeding expectations
- Agility: sense of urgency, flexible, high paced and pro active
- Authentic customer directed skills
- Self-starter and team player
- Fluency in English and Dutch, written and verbal
- Excellent PC skills, including thorough knowledge of Word and Excel
Salary indication
€2.500 gross per month
