Approve new and critical Intralox applications Support Customer Service Account Representatives with belt recommendations Assist in the approval and support of special belt applications Solve customer problems via telephone Assist in the training and coaching of Customer Service Account Representatives Provide technical support with CAD drawings
Requirements
Technical School level of education, or equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering Experience related to material handling, conveyor systems, or in Technical Customer Support is preferred Understand the basics of CAD and ability to analyze and solve technical issues Strong problem solving and communication skills Service minded; self-managed mentality with a sense of ownership Native German speaker, with advanced level of spoken and written communication skills in Turkish and English (additional language skills are advantageous)
Salary indication
depending on experience
