Due to continual growth, our client, an international company in the consumer electronics industry, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide pre-sales advice, troubleshooting and after sales assistance to both b2b and b2c customers.
Job Profile
Providing clear and excellent end user and retail support for devices to consumers and retailers both by telephone and email
Offering assistance on a wide range of technical issues relating to use of the products: both hardware and software
Presales advice and troubleshooting
Procedural assistance for after sales logistics
Candidate Profile
Must be Fluent in French and English
Should have previous experience in customer service or support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be quality and customer service driven
Must have good technical skills and/or passion for gadgets
Service orientated team player
Previous experience working in an international environment is a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with strict deadlines
** Please note candidates must be living in the Netherlands, in possession of a Dutch Social security number (BSN) and a Dutch bank account. **
