Job description
1. Customer Service 2. Order management Coordinate orders Develop a maintaining customer relationship Work closely with the sales team and warehouse Support customers concerning questions and problems Handle complaints of customers Do light financial tasks
Requirements
Minimal 2 years if work experience in customer service by phone Be customer oriented MBO+/HBO level Speaking native French and fluent English and German SAP Customer Focus Listening Negotiating Peer Relationships Priority Setting Self Development Written Communications Team/Unit Contribution Effectively communicate to customer base in English, German and a Scandinavian language Spanish and Italian are a plus. Analytical and troubleshooting/problem solving skills. PC Literate with knowledge of various software programmes. Awareness of Import and Export procedures.
