For a European Contact Center, located near 's Hertogenbosch we are looking for al Support Engineer Network attached Storage. This includes data backup, storage devices, removable storage products such as external drives, portable hard drives, etc. You will doing this support by phone, by email or on-line
Requirements
• Full understanding of German and English language
• Education on MBO level
• Proven technical skills
• Proven customer oriented behaviour
• A+ certificate or similar
• Good typing skills
• Near native command of English (both verbal and in writing)
• Basic networking knowledge
