We are looking for Technical Customer Service Representatives
We are:
R Systems Europe B.V. a European Contact Center specializing in outsourced technical helpdesk support for leading computer technology companies. We offer customer contact solutions in 18 languages across 38 countries for A-status brands including Philips, Belkin, Conceptronic and Pentax. Products we support include keyboards, displays, screens, mp3-players, mp4-players, universal remotes, routers and so on.
Job requirements:
We are regularly recruiting Technical Customer Service Representatives who speak English and at least one or more of the following languages fluently: Spanish, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Greek, Polish, Hungarian, Russian, Turkish, Slovak, Czech, Italian, French, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.
At this moment we are especially looking for:
German, Polish and/or Greek speaking Technical Support Representatives
Main responsibilities for a Technical Customer Service Representatives:
• Answering all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and correct manner in order to achieve best results for the end-user;
o Obtaining a clear picture of the problem by listening, asking concise and appropriate questions
o Problem solving following pre-determined procedures, the knowledge base and knowledge acquired during internal training
o Correlating and documenting all relevant information in order to provide the highest quality of service
o Improving customer satisfaction, thereby increasing brand value
• Answering emails in a adequate and customer-friendly manner
• Keeping abreast new developments in the area of consumer electronics as they relate to the job.
We ask:
• High school diploma or general education degree or three months related experience
• Above average interest in Consumer Electronics, Computer Hardware and/or Software
• Good knowledge of two or more of the stated languages
• Excellent communication skills
• Sufficient level of English for training
• Loyal and flexible attitude
