Are you fluent in English, and either French or Spanish or Italian? And are you interested in working in an international environment? Then this may be the job for you. Our client is an expert in electronic and electrical interconnect solutions, and distributes a selection of over 100.000 reliable products which makes them one of the world's largest suppliers in this field. Their key focus is meeting customer needs on a local, regional and global level, and they are looking for a new colleague in their customer contact center.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the entire order management process from beginning to end; you will order receipts, issue order acknowledgements, despatch notes, arrange shipment of products and will be responsible for tooling and raising invoices. During the entire process you will be the main point of contact for your customer and you are expected to work according to the highest service levels.
Requirements:
The requirements for this position are fluency in English, and either the Italian or Spanish or French language, and a few years of order management and customer service experience. You will be working with SAP so working knowledge of SAP is essential, as well as an education on HBO level.
