Job description:
Key responsibilities:
General secretarial tasks such as prepare and type internal/external correspondence, offers, answering the phone and mail, planning and organize meetings etc.
Maintain and manage de contact database.
Set up and manage the photograph directory.
Prepare (internationals) events.
Requirements:
Capability profile / Qualifications:
Minimum MBO level, secretarial or office management education.
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
Experience with Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
Excellent knowledge of oral and written English, Dutch and German.
A flexible, hands-on person with organizational capacity.
