Job Profile for Junior Customer Service Representative



Handling customer inquiries, quoting, customer order handling and processing and providing after-sales service.
Fulfillment of customer inquiries (stock, price, deliveries. technical questions).
Sales price management.
Maintaining customer data, including pricing data.
Manage customer order intake.
Manage customer order processing.
Pro-actively inform customers on product/ price changes.
Pro-actively inform customers on delivery schedule changes or other aspects of service impact.
Order Entry.
Complaint/ Claim Entry.
Return Shipment Entry.
Credit Note creation.
Sample processing.
Escalation of service issues.
Execute and follow-up Sales Process/ Actions.
Manage Non-Standard product requests.
Updating of CRM databases.




Candidate Profile for Junior Customer Service Representative



MUST BE Fluent in German + Spanish +English.
Must have some customer service experience.
Must have strong administrative, communication & commercial skills.
Must be service minded and keen to learn.
Must be accurate and a flexible team player.
Must be able to take initiative to help improve processes.
Strong organisation skills.
Knowledge of Lotus Notes and MS Office is preferred.
