For one of our clients, located in Utrecht, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated professionals. In a young, fast-growing company you will attribute to the company's ambitions by providing the client's with a full customer service from A-Z.
Service include giving advice on processes, legal issues, dealing with finance related matters etc.
Cost-effectiveness and efficiency
» Look out for mechanisms to identify and correct operational mistakes, in order to minimise incorrect pre-financing. Propose to Team Leader where relevant.
» Maintain ways to minimise refund-turnaround times to reduce pre-financing costs.
» Liaise with Team Leader to ensure maximum efficiency and alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor+ working and thinking level
- Currently, the CSR position is open for professionals speaking (next to English):
- French and English
- French and Dutch
- Dutch and English
- Bulgarian and German
- Some affinity with finance is highly appreciated
