Flemish/French speaking Customer Service Rep that loves to help customer by providing good service and excellence support. You need to be able to work individually at the same time as we as a team works towards our team goals.
Handle orders from our customers On the phone, speaking Flemish/FrenchHandle the fax and mail order we receiveHandle all other types of questions, regarding complaints, returns, reclamation, distribution etc.Act as a ”switchboard” for the rest of the company.
Requirements
- Needs to be able to work with Word & Excel
- Speak and write in Flemish/French
- Also be able to handle calls in Dutch & English
- Serviceminded
- A person that likes to help other persons
- A good team player
- Initiative, someone that can find solutions…
