Our client is a European Contact Centre that provides support to companies that would like to outsource their technical helpdesk or customer service desk. The service portfolio varies from marketing & sales support, logistics and fulfilment to technical helpdesk support and customer service. The company has successfully provided support in 11 languages to 16 European countries for the past 12 years.
We are looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative who speaks both Swedish and Norwegian. In this function you will be helping customers and small businesses solve their product related problems and answering their questions. Clients are manufacturers of navigation systems and video-editing systems.
You will be doing this by phone, by email or on-line. The salary indication for this position is between 1600 and 1700 euros gross per month, plus travel expenses.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service and preferably some technical affinity. Fluency in Swedish and Norwegian, and in English as that is the company language.
