Our client, an international organisation is seeking to recruit Spanish or Portuguese Speaking International Buyer’s for their offices in Roosendaal.

Job Role

You are responsible for finding and buying the best surplus lots, by approaching companies in a specific region. The surplus contains all kinds of bearings and other technical products. The results of the purchase department are the starting point of the company’s process and have a big influence on the company results. You have to find the right surplus and make the best deals. You can use your own knowledge and creativity to get your results. You report to the department manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Keep in contact with current suppliers;

• Find and create new contacts;

• Acquisition;

• Negotiating and purchasing;

• Organizing transport;

• Follow-up purchases;

• Stimulate a good cooperation and coordination wit internal and external contacts

• Administrate case information into ERP software

• Optimise purchase processes in general.

The Candidate


• 2-5 years commercial working experience;

• MBO+ or HBO work and think level, with a preference for a purchase course/education;

• Fluent in English as well as Portuguese or Spanish. Reading, writing and speaking;

• Commercial skills;

• Negotiation skills;

• Communication skills;

• Responsibility;

• Creativity;

• You have guts and are eager;

• You are accurate and have a professional attitude;

• You can work on your own as in a team.

Salary: €20,000 - €25,000 plus commission
