Our client is a world leader and specialist within their field of expertise in commercial branding and they offer an international and multicultural working environment. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic costumer orientated French and Spanish speaker to join their team temporarily for 5-6 months.
This is a temporary position starting in September and is ongoing for 5-6 months
Job Profile for Customer Service Representative - French & Spanish
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, quoting, customer order handling and processing and providing after-sales service.
Fulfillment of customer inquiries (stock, price, deliveries and technical questions etc.).
Sales Price management.
Order entry and order processing.
Pro-actively inform customers on product/ price changes.
Pro-actively inform customers on delivery schedule changes or other aspects of service impact.
Complaint/ Claim Entry.
Return Shipment Entry.
Credit Note creation
Sample processing.
Escalation of service issues.
Execute and follow-up Sales Process/ Actions.
Manage Non-Standard product requests.
Updating of CRM databases.
