Job Profile
Manage end customers contact actively and pro-actively, handle their questions and requests.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails.
Order intake and track through customer order management system, keeping system up to date.
Gathering assets for the websites from individual clients.
Assist in copywriting and compiling of the individual websites.
Candidate Profile
Danish with fluency in English.
Excellent communications skills both in written and spoken Danish.
Results oriented individual who possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong work ethic and the ability to operate in a pioneering, dynamic and fast growth environment.
Able to handle a fast working tempo.
Experience in customer service and website productions is of great value.
