Important multinational company in the automotive sector, with a Customer Assistance Centre based in Maastricht since 1998. It is the central point of contact for Europe, taking care of the needs of current and prospective customers.
The company has a multicultural environment with over 40 different nationalities and more than 600 employees to give to give customers personal assistance in their own language.
Some of the services are available 24hours, seven days per week.

Job role:

As a member of a multilingual and multicultural company, with a supportive and friendly environment, you will be responsible to answer the incoming calls from customers requiring roadside vehicle assistance, within the “Service 24h”.

With the objective to ensure the vehicle mobility as soon as possible, your main responsibilities are:

- Answer incoming calls from customers requiring assistance

- Introducing all the information in the internal CRM system

- Tracking and escalating the incidents properly, in case the problem can’t be solved by you.

Requirements:

Language skills:
- Native level of Hungarian
- Fluent German
- Good knowledge of English (written and verbal skills required)

Qualifications:
- Superior vocational training and/or college.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar Customer Care role is highly valued

IT skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package

Soft skills:
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Good understanding of customer satisfaction
- Team player
- Open-minded to a diversity of cultures
- Ability to prioritize, analyse, plan and coordinate in a high data volume environment


The job offer:

- Contract: one year contract + renewal

- Salary: € 1668 gross

- Working hours: 37,5 hours / week

- Flexibility with shifts is mandatory as it is a department open 24hours a day / 7 days a week
