Job description
For an existing international worldclass project, we are recruiting employees for the Customer Service team within this international company. We are looking for multilingual candidates who speak both languages fluently (German and English).
The role includes: Answer phones to respond to new orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone/email interaction.
Extra responsibilities: Provide on-the-job training for new employees. Create manual receipt when needed.
This is a FULLTIME position!
The company is easy to reach by public transport and offer travel reimbursement.
Bonus up to €2000 yearly!
Requirements
Fluent English and German language knowledge
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
Available as per direct
Salary indication
€8.12 per hour (€1400 p/mnth)
Yearly bonus up to a max. of €2000
