Furnish verbal and written information regarding product, pricing and discounts. Take ownership of validating accuracy and track acceptance of inbound orders. Monitor delivery commitments and maintain order where applicable through interaction with team members. Prompt resolution of client complaints. Utilisation of ‘back office’ order input facility. Passively assist in the recovery of accounts receivable.<br /> <br /> Requirements<br /> For this position we are looking for a mature individual with a higher education. Preferably you are experienced in working within an industrial sector.
