About the job :
* Contribute to achieveobjectives,assist the accident investigation and contribute to corrective actions implementation;
- Update drawings and documents to “as-built” after corrections on theinstallations;
- Provide drawings and drawing numbers to Engineering (sub)Contractors;
- Expedite lend-out drawings;
- Final end-control of drawings and documents after implementation of modifications and prior to official updating;
- Use and master software for producing computer graphics;
- Export or exchange documents in a different format, scan and vectorise documents, print complex documents;
- Prepare and perform offshore site visits to verify the As-Built situation;
- Performs daily document activities like log-in, distribution and filing of technical documents;
- Distributes technical documents internally as well as to our main Engineering and Construction contractors and other third parties;
- Provides assistance to requests for information cq. data to internal/external entities;
- Physical handles and recommends documents for storage in the archives base on indicators of usages, local legislation and Group rules;
- Maintains the Technical Documentation Management System;
- Prepares hard copy document packages for further digitalisation of the technical archive;
- Applies the document distribution matrix and provides feedback of non-compliance and areas for improvement.

Requirements :
We are looking for someone who has experience with both document control and technical drawing. It is essential that you have excellent knowledge of technical and practical English. In addition, you should have a technical background and three to five years of experience in a similar job. Knowledge of document management systems and graphic software is required.
