About the job :
You will be the first contact point for customers. You need to act as an intermediary between customer, sales and the internal departments. Receives and processes customer orders, inquiries andcomplaints. You are responsible for maintaining the customer order book and contributing to reaching the targets on shipped orders for the month. You have a clear focus on the order flow process, objective to get the orders through the supply chain in the most efficient way against agreed customer service level.

-Accurate and precise way of working, ability to work under pressure, show initiative and flexibility, has an eager to learn mentality.
-Being able to work independently as well as a team-player
-Outlook, Excel, Word
--Show guidance to new or less experienced team members and train new team members

- A valid work permit for the Netherlands
- Living in the Netherlands
- fluent in English
- Live no further than 40 km from Klundert
- Having a salary indication of no higher than 2200,-
