About the job
In this position you are part of the general secretariat. You ensurethe follow-up of all data (administrative and technical) which are necessary for the proper functioning of the department.
Tasks:
• Ensuring all registrations with the Chamber of Commerce;
• Document control Foreign Affiliates / preparation of all corporate documents / legalisations of official documents required by affiliates;
• Update and maintain databases for domain minier and foreign affiliates;
• Responsible for registration and filing of legal documents
• Provide administrative and organisational support to the sections within the General Secretariat.
• Monitoring and reviewing of all incoming and outgoing data related to the company'sJoint Ventures;
• Controlling all deadlines in the administration;
• Keeping the schedules ofmeetings
• Preparation of the weekly activity report.
• Provide general secretarial assistance

We are looking for someone with secretarial and administrative experience who has excellent communication and organisational skills. It is essential that you are fluent in English and have experience working in an international environment. Knowledge of Dutch would be a plus.
