About the job

As a secretary you will be responsible for:
- editing/preparing/typing of letters/notes, making travel arrangements according to company regulations, reserving meeting rooms/ audio visual material;
- organises meetings;
- optimise and update working files;
- assigned ‘shared’ responsible for ordering office supplies with ‘on-line’ system;
- makes appointments, record them in the agenda;
- prepare dossier according to subject of meeting and agenda;
-organizes lunches;
- translates small letters and articles;
- scan, register and distribute Business and Corporate incoming correspondence;
- coordinates activities of secretarial office when necessary in order to achieve smooth continuity of action.

Job requirements

We are looking for a secretary with at least five years of experience who speaks fluent English, French and Dutch. You need to have excellent communication skills and experience with MS Office.
