The Application Engineer provides technical support within the sales department. The daily activities consists of 20% pre-sales activities, 70% providing technical support and 10% of visiting fairs and following practices and courses. The Application Engineer is the technical specialist in the Audio and Visual products. For the European headquarter we are looking for a Russian Application Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting (by phone) to dealers and end-users
• Follow-up on the customer service hotline
• Deliver new productideas and supply emprovements for future AV-products
• Inhouse testing of RMA
• Participation of fairs ans business related events (including build up and breakdown stand)
• Maintaining contact with regional sales managers/staffmembers regarding dealer-issues
• Keeping the usermanuals up to date for quick troubleshooting for colleagues
• Keeping track of market updates, expanding your own knowledge and related technologies
• Taking customer orders (by phone)
• Training dealers, end-users and colleagues
Profile Application Engineer
• Higher level of education (BSEE) in Electrical Engineering and affinity with AV products
• Good Knowledge in Russian
• Excellent verbal and writing skills generally
• Living within 50km of Amersfoort
